This position is tasked to provide technical support to Altman Lighting customers for all products in our catalog (past and present).  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theatrical lighting products /systems and have experience in supporting customers (end-users, installers, service technicians, electricians, stage hands, etc.) with product installation, programming, and use of products via telephone and email. The Technical Support Team Member will process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) requests and follow corporate policies for warranty and out-of-warranty claims.

The position is currently located in Yonkers, New York. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Denver, Colorado in the future.
